At TLConsultation Services, I offer confidential therapy to those seeking help for current life problems and other disorders.
My personal philosophy about therapy is to help individuals build the life they want through values guided work, acceptance and compassion.
I see and work with a number of different life problems and diagnoses, however, I specialize in trauma and trauma related issues.

The Bay Area Trauma Recovery Clinic is devoted to treating simple and complex PTSD from any source (childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, crime, military related trauma, accidents, disasters, health related trauma, etc.). To broaden the population able to receive these services, clients are able to be seen on a sliding scale basis.
The evidence-based treatments we offer are rooted in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and EMDR protocols.
